- Orders are shipped once a week, usually on Wednesdays. This allows us to provide free shipping across North America.
- Suppose orders are placed after the cut-off at 8 pm GMT. It will be shipped the following week.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures.
- The estimated delivery time starts on the day we ship your order, not the day the order was placed.
- For international orders, the estimated delivery times are from our location to your country's Customs Office. We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance changes that may be applicable outside of the US, as these are specific to each destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
